All Electrical works will be in Compliances to the British Standard BS 7671 - 2018 as amended and Part "P" (Electrical Safety - Dwelling) of the Building Regulation.

Ventilation System in compliance to Part "F" (Ventilation) of the Building Regulation

Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system will be in compliance of British Standard BS5839-1:2002 & 6:2004.

Emergency Lighting System will be in compliance of British Standard BS5266-1:2005.

Security Alarm System in compliance to BS-EN50131:2006 Grade 2/2 Class 2/3.

Appropriate works Certificate will be issued upon completion of the works.

All applicable electrical works will be notified to your local Building Control Office
